Industry leaders from companies including Aristocrat Gaming, IGT, Light & Wonder and Konami Gaming have been appointed to one-year terms.
Asia.- The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) has announced the election of its new Board of Directors following the organisation’s 2026 Annual Meeting. AGEM Board chair Ryan Comstock, acting chief executive officer at Ainsworth Game Technology, chaired the meeting and will continue serving the second year of his two-year term.
During the meeting, AGEM members approved for one-year terms: Elaine Hodgson, president and CEO of Incredible Technologies; Lauralyn Sandoval, vice president of Gaming Strategy and Business Development at Aristocrat Gaming; Phil O’Shaughnessy, vice president of Global Communications, Government Relations and Sustainability at IGT; and Steve DiMasi, senior vice president of Global Government Affairs and Business Development at Light & Wonder.
Additional board roles include Randy Gilbert, chief executive officer of TableTrac, who will serve as Secretary, and Thomas Jingoli, president and chief operating officer at Konami Gaming, who will act as Treasurer.
AGEM also confirmed two ex-officio, non-voting board positions aimed at expanding perspectives within the organisation and supporting long-term strategic dialogue. These roles will be held by Cassie Stratford, senior vice president of Legal Operations and Compliance at Boyd Gaming, and Bob Parente, executive vice president and chief business development officer at Light & Wonder.
In addition to board appointments, AGEM confirmed the approval of new member companies. US Bank, Sun-Fly USA and Adostics have joined the organisation as Associate Members. They follow two companies admitted in late 2025: Walker Digital Table Systems, which joined as a Silver Member, and CBRE as an Associate Member.
The AGEM Index dropped in February by 190.70 points to 1,625.28. That represents a 10.5 per cent decline compared with January and leaves the index down 8.7 per cent year-on-year, or 155.33 points below its level in February 2025. Nine of the ten companies tracked by the index saw share price declines during the month, resulting in nine negative contributions and just one positive.
