For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside passionate leaders, educators, and players who are helping shape the future of esports.
As the Managing Director of the United States Esports Federation (USEF) and a Board Member of the North America Scholastic Esports Federation (NASEF), my work has focused on building pathways that connect esports with education, leadership, and long-term opportunity for players.
Joining the Board of the International Esports Federation is an opportunity to bring that experience to a truly global stage.
Within IESF, my focus is on advancing education and certification initiatives, important steps toward professionalizing esports and creating stronger structures for the ecosystem as it continues to grow.
Education is the foundation of sustainable development in esports. By building clear certification pathways, we can provide federations, players, coaches, and administrators with consistent standards and resources that support competitive integrity, skill development, and career growth.
Another priority for me is strengthening transparency and communication across our global network of member federations. Open dialogue and regular collaboration are essential for a federation that represents such a diverse international community.
Looking ahead, I’m also committed to supporting the continued development of the World Esports Championship and expanding participation across national federations. The more federations and athletes actively engaged in the global ecosystem, the stronger and more inclusive esports becomes for everyone.
It’s an exciting time for IESF and for the international esports community. I look forward to working with our member federations, partners, and players to help build a future that celebrates both competitive excellence and shared learning across the World of Esports.
