The company has signed a non-binding letter of intent with a local operator.
Vietnam.- Century Entertainment has identified Vietnam as a target for expansion. It has signed a non-binding letter of intent with a local operator as it aims to revitalise core gaming activities.
Century Entertainment said in the media release: “The directors are of the view that the two business lines are complementary in nature. The gaming platform may potentially be offered to other third-party operators, including the group’s own proposed Vietnam operation, which would in turn create mutual operational and marketing synergies.”
In July, the company entered a partnership with World Platinum Technologies Inc (WPT) to develop its gaming platform and content creation operations in the Philippines. In a filing on Monday, November 10, the Hong Kong-listed group reported that the joint venture generated unaudited revenue of approximately HKD800,000 (US$102,913) in July, HKD1,000,000 (US$128,660) in August, and HKD3,268,000 (US$420,471) in September 2025.
The company confirmed that its shares will continue to be suspended from trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange until further notice is given. Despite the suspension, which started on June 26, Century Entertainment said it has been “operating as usual in all material respects.”
