Sri Lanka.- City of Dreams Sri Lanka saw LKR1.43bn (US$4.62m) in EBITDA in the fourth quarter of 2025, the first quarter of full operations at the casino, 113-room Nuwa hotel and the first phase of the shopping mall.
Parent company John Keells Holdings (JKH) reported strong performance at the casino, Cinnamon Life, and Nuwa hotels. JKH manages the 687-room Cinnamon Life hotel, while the casino and Nuwa hotel are operated by gaming and hospitality group Melco under a 20-year casino licence.
JKH chairperson Krishan Balendra said the group expects the US$1.2bn integrated resort valued to maintain growth over the next few quarters.
