DigiPlus hails “resilient performance” amid challenging gaming industry landscape

Net income was flat while revenue rose by 12 per cent year-on-year.

The Philippines.- DigiPlus Interactive Corp has shared its financial results for full-year 2025. Net income was PHP12.6bn (US$211m), essentially flat when compared to full-year 2024.

The company, which operates BingoPlus, ArenaPlus and GameZone, reported revenue of PHP84.2bn (US$1.4bn), a 12 per cent increase compared to the January-December period of 2024. EBITDA reached PHP14.2bn (US$238m), up 2 per cent. It paid PHP34.6bn in taxes and regulatory fees.

For Q4, net income reached PHP2.5bn (US$41.9m), down 36 per cent year-on-year, while EBITDA dropped 32 per cent to PHP3.1bn (US$52m). Revenue for the quarter was PHP17.3bn (US$290m), down 27 per cent from PHP23.7bn in the same period 2024.

DigiPlus chairman Eusebio Tanco said: “Despite a challenging and evolving industry landscape, DigiPlus delivered a resilient performance in 2025, reflecting the strength of our platforms, disciplined execution, and the trust of our users. As we look ahead, we remain optimistic about our growth trajectory and are confident in our ability to continue innovating responsibly while creating long-term value.”

In November, DigiPlus announced a HK$1.6bn investment in convertible notes issued by International Entertainment Corp., owner of the New Coast Hotel Manila integrated resort. The deal gives DigiPlus the option to acquire a 53.89 per cent stake, potentially creating a land-based platform to complement its digital gaming business.

The company also expanded its content portfolio in 2025, launching two in-house livestreaming games, Ball Race Philippines and In Between Supreme, and adding 522 new e-casino titles across its platforms. It also strengthened player protection with the launch of the Philippines’ first surety bond programme for online gaming players and enhanced responsible gaming tools. Internationally, the company established a Singapore hub, progressed plans to enter Brazil and applied for a licence in South Africa.
