The Philippines.- DigiPlus Interactive Corp. has unveiled professional boxer Manny Pacquiao as the face of its integrated gaming platforms, comprising BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone. Project will include digital content, brand campaigns and immersive interactive experiences.
The collaboration introduces nine Pacquiao-themed games for the Philippine market, including Pacman’s Color Game, Pacman’s Bingo Boom, Super Ace Pacquiao, Pacman Dropball Punch, Boxing King Pacquiao, Fortune Gems Pacquiao, Manny Punch, Gate of Manny Super Pacman and Wild Bounty Pacquiao.
DigiPlus said the titles are designed to combine familiar gameplay mechanics with visuals and storylines inspired by Pacquiao’s boxing career. Several additional titles are scheduled for later this year.
DigiPlus chairman Eusebio H. Tanco said: “By combining the legendary story of our boxing hero with our technological capabilities, we can offer players an innovative, secure, and truly local experience.”
DigiPlus will integrate Pacquiao’s MannyPay, becoming the first gaming partner of the Traxion Pay-powered payment service.
Pacquiao said: “This partnership with DigiPlus is special because it was created with our countrymen in mind. Whether through the games that tell my story or handling payments with MannyPay, we are showing the world what Filipinos are capable of.”
