Galaxy Entertainment posts strong full-year growth in 2025

The chairman noted that the company has sustained growth across every segment, particularly in the premium mass and super-premium mass sectors.


Macau.- Galaxy Entertainment Group’s Q4 net revenue rose 22.5 per cent year-on-year to HKD13.83bn (US$1.77bn), according to the company’s filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange today. Adjusted EBITDA reached nearly HKD4.30bn (US$549.2m), up 32.7 per cent from the previous year.

For the three months to December 31, the group achieved GGR of HKD13.95bn (US$1.78bn), a 26.5 per cent year-on-year increase. For full-year 2025, the group reported net revenue of HKD49.24bn (US$6.29bn), up 13.4 per cent annually, while net profit rose 21.9 per cent to HKD10.67bn (US$1.36bn).

Adjusted EBITDA for the year totalled HKD14.50bn (US$1.85bn), a 19.0 per cent increase compared with 2024.

Galaxy Entertainment declared a final dividend of HKD0.80 per share (US$0.10), payable on June 12. The firm had already distributed two dividends of HKD0.50 and HKD0.70 per share (US$0.064 and US$0.089), bringing total dividends to HKD1.20 per share (US$0.153).

Galaxy Entertainment’s portfolio includes Galaxy Macau on Cotai, the StarWorld Hotel on the Macau Peninsula, and Broadway Macau. The company’s cash and liquid assets stood at HKD36.3bn (US$4.63bn) as of December 31, alongside total debt of HKD1.3bn (US$166m).

Francis Lui Yiu Tung, chairman of Galaxy Entertainment, noted sustained growth across every segment, particularly in the premium mass and super-premium mass sectors.

On February 10, The Capella, a 17-storey luxury hotel with 95 suites and penthouses at Galaxy Macau, opened after a soft launch in May 2025.

Looking ahead, Galaxy stated that its current priority is the development of Phase 4 at Galaxy Macau. The project will feature luxury hotel brands, retail outlets, a water resort deck, and a 5,000-seat theatre. The firm noted that Phase 4 will include larger hotel units but a reduced total of 1,350 rooms, down from 1,500 previously reported. The development is expected to be completed in 2027.
