Macau.- Casino operator Galaxy Entertainment has extended its three-year partnership with Damai Entertainment Holdings and Macau Pass Holding for cultural and entertainment events and publicity and ticketing services. Under the terms of the renewed deal, the companies will continue to organise large live events in Macau, including sports, exhibitions, cultural festivals, concerts, musicals, and awards shows.
Performances will be held at various Galaxy Entertainment venues in Cotai, including the 16,000-seat Galaxy Arena at the Galaxy International Convention Center and the 850-seat G Box at Galaxy Macau.
Hong-Kong-listed company Damai Entertainment will provide live-event services like ticketing, content production, event promotion and on-site management, while Macau Pass, a mobile payment provider, will handle payment processing.
The partnership builds on a 2023 agreement between Galaxy Entertainment Group subsidiary Galaxy ICC & Arena Ltd, AGTech Holdings (parent company of Macau Pass), Beijing Damai Cultural Media Development and Alibaba Pictures Group Ltd. The joint venture has seen Galaxy host a range of events. In 2024, the operator held 460 shows and events. From March to June 2025, it held over 30 performances by 20 artists at its Cotai venues.
