Gallagher joins the company from Jarden Group.
Australia.- Light & Wonder has announced the appointment of Rohan Gallagher as executive vice president (EVP), global chief corporate affairs officer. In the newly created role, Gallagher will be based in Sydney and will be responsible for investor relations (IR), environmental, social, and governance (ESG), corporate social responsibility (CSR) and global communications.
He served at Jarden Group as managing director in the Institutional Equities group, working in leadership roles across sales, research, and corporate broking functions. He also spent approximately four years at Aristocrat as general manager of investor relations and treasury, more than five years at Ampol, previously Caltex, as general manager investor relations and corporate affairs, and 12 years at Credit Suisse Australia.
The appointment comes as Light & Wonder prepares to transition to a sole Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) listing. It will delist from the Nasdaq by the end of November.
