Integrated resorts reinforce their status as global culinary destinations with new and retained Michelin stars.
Macau.- The 18th edition of the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2026 reinforces the city’s reputation for luxury dining. Unveiled on March 19 at the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort, the updated guide includes 98 starred restaurants across Hong Kong and Macau, including 21 Michelin-starred restaurants in Macau.
Melco Resorts & Entertainment once again stood out with eight Michelin stars across five restaurants, including the three-star Jade Dragon and two-star Alain Ducasse at Morpheus.
SJM Holdings maintained its presence with Robuchon au Dôme at Grand Lisboa retaining its three Michelin stars, while Grand Lisboa Palace gained new recognitions, with Palace Garden and Don Alfonso 1890 both earning one-star status.
Wynn Macau has multiple starred venues including Wing Lei and Mizumi, while Chef Tam’s Seasons at Wynn Palace retained its two-star rating.
Sands China‘s The Huaiyang Garden at The Londoner Macao holds its two stars, while Zi Yat Heen at Four Seasons Macao keeps its single star. As for Galaxy Entertainment Group, Feng Wei Ju at StarWorld Hotel retained two stars. One-star venues include 8½ Otto e Mezzo – Bombana and Lai Heen at Galaxy Macau. Restaurants such as Aji and Five Foot Road at MGM Cotai continue to hold one-star ratings.
