China.- MGM China has reported net revenue of $1.08bn for the third quarter, an increase of 17 per cent from $929.45m in the same period last year. The growth was primarily driven by the main floor table games drop, which increased by 18 per cent year-on-year to $4.07bn.
The operator’s casino revenue also experienced an 18 per cent increase to $947m, while segment adjusted EBITDA was up by 19.67 per cent to $283.99m.
MGM Macau
Regarding individual property performance, MGM Macau’s revenue was HK$3.39bn (US$436.25m), up from HK$3.04bn (US$391.52m). Adjusted EBITDA grew from HK$801.51m (US$103.14m) in Q3 2024 to HK$914.43m (US$117.67m).
The main floor table games drop grew year-on-year from HK$13.53bn (US$1.74bn) in Q3 2024 to HK$14.47bn (US$1.86bn). Table games win also rose by HK$490m (US$63.06m) to HK$3.32bn (US$427.24m), contributing to a 23 per cent win percentage. Average daily gross win per table reached HK$144m (US$18.53m), but VIP gross table games win fell by 28.13 per cent to HK$118.26m (US$15.22m).
MGM Cotai
MGM Cotai reported revenue of HK$5.11bn (US$657.6m), up by 21.67 per cent year-on-year. Adjusted EBITDA reached HK$1.45bn (US$186.6m), up from HK$1.18bn (US$151.85m) in the third quarter of 2024.
MGM’s Cotai Strip establishment reported a rise in VIP Play, with VIP table games turnover reaching HK$21.69bn (US$2.79bn). Gross table games win for the segment rose to HK$952.72m (US$122.6m). The main floor table games drop rose from HK$13.31bn (US$1.71bn) in Q3 2024 to HK$17.37bn (US$2.24bn). Main floor gaming tables also saw average daily gross win rise to HK$140.6m (US$18.1m), from HK$118.8m (US$15.29m) a year ago.
