The Lahore Sessions Court has extended interim bail for Aroob Jatoi until November 6.
Pakistan.- A sessions court in Lahore has extended the interim bail of Aroob Jatoi, wife of YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, in a case related to the alleged promotion of illegal online gambling applications.
The case, registered under FIR No. 196/2025, accuses several social media influencers of endorsing unauthorised betting platforms. The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has described the case as one of Pakistan’s largest crackdowns against digital promotion of unlicensed gambling.
Rehman’s own bail request was previously dismissed after prosecutors claimed he had acted as a brand ambassador for a banned gambling app and failed to justify income. The NCCIA alleges that Rehman earned more than Rs210m (US$750,000) using his online following to attract users to illegal gambling and forex applications.
The next hearing, scheduled for November 6, will review the progress of the investigation and determine whether formal indictments against Jatoi and other co-accused will proceed.
