The casino operator is moving to integrate the Grand Hyatt Incheon West Tower into its Incheon flagship.
South Korea.- Paradise City has announced the soft opening of the Grand Hyatt Incheon West Tower for March 2026, following Paradise Co.’s delayed acquisition of the property. The transaction, valued at KRW210bn (US$151m), will increase the integrated resort’s room capacity.
Paradise is due to assume direct management once the existing operating contract ends on March 1. The soft opening is scheduled for March 8.
The addition will increase Paradise City’s room inventory to 1,270, positioning the resort to better capture anticipated spikes in demand from China during Golden Week in early May. Analysts expect the enlarged footprint to enable broader complementary programmes, lower qualification thresholds for comps and support growth in casino drop and revenue.
