Paradise Co appoints Lee Jeongho as vice president of Hotel and Resort Operations

South Korea.- Paradise Co has announced the appointment of Lee Jeongho as vice president of Hotel and Resort Operations, as the company seeks to strengthen its competitiveness in the hotel sector. Lee took up the role on February 23, bringing nearly 30 years of hospitality industry experience.

He most recently served as a vice president at Hotel Shilla Co, a South Korean operator of luxury hotels and duty-free businesses, where he held senior leadership positions focused on premium hospitality operations.

Paradise Co operates four casinos: Walkerhill in Seoul, Jeju Grand on Jeju Island, Busan Casino in the southern port city of Busan, and Paradise City, near the main international airport serving Seoul. It plans to begin construction on a new hotel in Seoul with a target opening date in 2028.

The company reported annual revenue of KRW 1.15tn (US$789m) and operating profit of KRW 156.4bn (US$107m) for fiscal year 2025. Net profit rose 30.1 per cent year-on-year to KRW 144.1bn (US$99m). Casino sales across its portfolio of Paradise City (Incheon), Walkerhill (Seoul), Busan Casino and Jeju Grand generated KRW 115.12bn (US$79.1m), up 2.5 per cent on the prior year.
