South Korea.- Casino operator Paradise Co. has reported an 11.6 per cent year-on-year increase in November casino revenue to KRW 80.33bn (US$54.8m). The figure represents a 10.6 per cent rise compared to October 2025.
The operator said the growth was driven by a strong performance in table games, which contributed KRW 76.35bn (US$52.2m) in revenue, a rise of 13.1 per cent year-on-year gain 12.7 per cent from the previous month. However, machine gaming revenue declined by 10.5 per cent year-on-year and 18.3 per cent month-on-month to KRW 3.98bn (US$2.7m).
Paradise Co.’s cumulative casino revenue for the first eleven months was KRW 825.68bn (US$564.4m), with table games accounting for KRW 777.08bn (US$531.7m) and machines KRW 48.6bn (US$33.3m).
Paradise Co has four foreigner-only casinos in South Korea: Walkerhill in Seoul, Paradise City in Incheon, Busan Casino, and Jeju Grand.
The rise in tourism to South Korea has been fueled largely by travellers from Japan and Southeast Asia. The introduction of a visa-free policy for Chinese tour groups, effective since September, is expected to further boost gaming revenue.
