The Philippines.- Former Light & Wonder executive Daryl Bruce has been named vice president, gaming optimisation at Solaire Resorts. Bruce announced the appointment in a LinkedIn post, describing the move as an opportunity to bring together his experience in gaming product, strategy, optimisation and industry partnerships in the Philippines’ gaming market.
He had served as director of product management, Asia at Light & Wonder since July 2024. He previously worked as general manager, gaming at SkyCity Adelaide and also held senior gaming positions at Crown Resorts.
Solaire Resorts is operated by Bloomberry Resorts Corp. It owns and manages Solaire Resort Entertainment City in Metro Manila and Solaire Resort North in Quezon City. Recent leadership changes include the appointment of Sean McCreery as chief operating officer at Solaire Resort Entertainment City, while executive vice president and head of gaming Cyrus Sherafat will leave the company on August 31.
