Vietnam.- Hilton has announced multiple property agreements in Vietnam with existing partner Sun Group. Conrad Hotels & Resorts, LXR Hotels & Resorts and DoubleTree by Hilton will gain a presence in the country while Hilton Hotels & Resorts will expand.
The first LXR Hotels & Resorts in Vietnam will open in Da Nang, offering 80 rooms on Xanh Island. The property will focus on bespoke service and local cultural experiences. In Phu Quoc, Conrad Phu Quoc, Hilton Phu Quoc and DoubleTree by Hilton Phu Quoc will form a 1,500-room hospitality cluster designed to support large international events such as the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting in 2027.
In northern Vietnam, Hilton Quang Hanh Onsen Resort is expected to open before the end of 2025 near Ha Long Bay. The wellness-focused resort will feature 216 rooms and villas, together with mineral baths, private onsens and spa facilities

Sun Group recently announced that its US$2bn casino and resort complex in Quang Ninh province will be fully operational by the second quarter of 2032. According to an environmental impact assessment report cited by local media, the Van Don Integrated Casino & Tourism Complex will open in three phrases.
The project is located on a 245-hectare site within the Van Don Economic Zone, primarily on forested land bordering the sea. The casino will feature 214 gaming tables and 2,140 slot machines, operating under a policy that permits Vietnamese citizens to participate. Beyond gaming, the complex will include high-end hotels and resorts over 30 floors, office buildings, a museum and various art and amusement venues.
