The Australian gambling operator has issued a request for proposals.
Australia.- Tabcorp Holdings has launched a request for proposals (RFP) for media, sponsorship and creative services as it reassesses all existing partnerships. The company said the review is part of its normal operational cycle to evaluate the effectiveness of its advertising spend, which totalled AU$125m (US$88.4m) in FY2024/25.
Tabcorp’s media planning and buying has been managed by OMD Australia for more than two decades. The company has also worked with a range of creative partners in recent years, including Accenture Song and Ogilvy, which took over creative duties in 2023. More recently, Bastion did creative work for the Shout campaign, promoting live sport and racing.
The review comes as Tabcorp seeks to strengthen its position as a pure-play wagering and media business following the separation of its lotteries arm into The Lottery Corporation in 2022 and the assumption of Gillon McLachlan as CEO in late 2024.
