Taiwan.- Taiwan Lottery Co. has introduced four new scratch-off games with a combined total prize exceeding NT$1.97bn (US$61.1m). The launch includes three NT$200 (US$6.2) tickets and the NT$100 (US$3.1) Lucky 777.
“Prize Hunter,” inspired by night market balloon dart games, offers more than 290,000 prizes of NT$1,000 (US$31) or higher, including six top prizes of NT$2m (US$62,500). The game has a win rate of 30.1 per cent.
“Instant Prosperity” combines number-matching gameplay with a thematic element tied to the Mandarin character for prosperity (發). Players can win by matching numbers or by revealing the character symbol, which awards NT$1,000 (US$31.2) per occurrence. There are three top prizes of NT$2m and an win rate of 34 per cent.
“Lucky Slot” has a slot machine-style format, featuring 12 rounds per ticket. Prizes are awarded for matching three identical symbols across rows or columns. The game includes more than 150,000 prizes of NT$1,000 or more, four top prizes of NT$2m, and a 32.99 per cent win rate.
A lower-priced “Lucky 777” ticket, retailing at NT$100 (US$3.1), offers over 90,000 prizes of NT$700 (US$21.8) or more, including four top prizes of NT$700,000 (US$21,900). The win rate is 30.11 per cent.
The new products will be on sale until October.
