Wynn Macau, Melco and MGM China will offer non-management employees the standard one-month bonus.
Macau.- : Wynn Macau, Melco and MGM China have followed Galaxy Entertainment Group in confirming details for payment of the usual new year one-month bonus for staff.
Wynn Macau said it will make the payment on January 30 to “eligible full-time Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace team members, representing 98 per cent of the current 11,552 workforce.” MGM China said its bonus would benefit approximately 97 per cent of team members to be paid from January 21. Melco didn’t specify a percentage of staff but said it would pay the bonus by the end of January.
Galaxy had already confirmed that it would pay the annual bonus to 97 per cent of its employees on February 9.
Linda Chen, president, vice chairman and executive director at Wynn said: “We are truly grateful for the efforts and contributions our team members have made over the past year, and we are pleased to announce a special allowance in recognition of their hard work.” Chen also said that 2026 “marks the important milestone” of the group’s 20th anniversary in Macau.
