United Arab Emirates.- Wynn Resorts has unveiled more details of Wynn Oasis, a purpose-built residential community for employees of Wynn Al Marjan Island, the casino resort scheduled for a 2027 opening in Ras Al Khaimah.
Located next to Marjan Island and Wynn Boulevard, Wynn Oasis will cover more than 105,000 square metres with space to accommodate over 7,000 staff members across 15 residential buildings. That’s around 80 per cent of the resort’s projected workforce.
The housing complex is scheduled to open in summer 2026. Developed by Wynn Design and Development, the project forms part of the broader infrastructure supporting Wynn Al Marjan Island, which topped out its 70-storey hotel tower in December 2025. The integrated resort will have 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 dining venues, entertainment facilities retail space and a casino.
According to the company, the residential community will provide fully furnished apartments featuring private bathrooms, equipped kitchens, high-speed internet, smart TVs and dedicated workspaces. A separate guest accommodation building, The Beach House, will be available for visiting family members.
The development will also include shared amenities, including a central hub called The Pearl, which will house fitness, wellness and recreational facilities. Planned amenities include a gym, swimming pools, indoor sports facilities, a cinema, karaoke rooms and an esports gaming lounge.
Food and beverage services within Wynn Oasis will be operated in-house by Wynn, with six outlets planned, including a buffet-style restaurant, a sports bar and several fast-casual concepts. On-site services will also include retail outlets, banking, medical and grooming facilities.
In addition, Wynn Oasis will host Wynn University, an on-site training and development campus featuring culinary kitchens, digital learning spaces and specialised training facilities. The company said the facility is intended to support workforce training ahead of the resort’s opening and during ongoing operations.
The residential community will be connected to Wynn Al Marjan Island via dedicated transport services, with additional links to nearby commercial and leisure areas on weekends.
