Wynn Resorts confirms 100 per cent structural completion of all guest accommodations and steady progress on Wynn Bridge.
United Arab Emirates.- Wynn Resorts has reported major construction milestones at its US$5.1bn integrated resort development, Wynn Al Marjan Island. According to its latest update, structural concrete works for the resort’s tower have been completed through to the 71st-floor roof, following the building’s topping out in December.
The tower has reached a height of 299 metres, with the structural steel roof crown being installed and façade installation advancing to 83 per cent completion. Wynn said structural works have been completed for all 1,530 guest accommodations, including rooms, suites, townhouses and Marina Estates.
The interior fit-out is now under way, with mechanical, electrical and finishing works progressing in sequence. Construction across the resort’s low-rise structures is nearing completion, with combined concrete and structural steel works reported at 99 per cent.
Wynn also highlighted progress on the Wynn Bridge, a 548-metre-long infrastructure project designed to connect the resort to surrounding beach districts and the UAE road network. The bridge, which will link Wynn Al Marjan Island via Wynn Boulevard to the E311 and E611 highways, is now 48 per cent complete and remains on track for completion in late 2026.
