United Arab Emirates.- The General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) has named veteran gaming attorney Jennifer Carleton as its new Chief of Licensing and Investigations.
Carleton has three decades of experience in gaming law, regulation and compliance. She joins the UAE regulator from Sightline Payments, where she served as Chief Legal Officer, overseeing anti-money laundering, Title 31, and Bank Secrecy Act compliance across federal and state levels in the United States.

Before her time at Sightline, Carleton spent ten years as Senior Staff Attorney for the Oneida Tribe. She holds a Juris Doctorate cum laude from the University of Wisconsin and is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Nevada.
The GCGRA saod she will “play a key role in advancing the Authority’s mission to regulate with integrity, transparency, and global best practice.”
