Wynn Macau signs new marketing and secondment agreement with Portuguese entity
The agreement enables Wynn Marketing (Portugal) to provide international marketing services and seconded foreign resident staff to Wynn Macau.
Macau.- Wynn Macau has entered into new Resort Marketing Services Agreements with Wynn Marketing (Portugal). The agreements allow the Portuguese subsidiary of Wynn Resorts to provide international marketing services and seconded foreign resident staff to the Macau-based operator.
The company said the secondment agreement will support Wynn Macau’s ability to attract and retain talent, preserving employment benefits such as pension schemes, health and life insurance and tax arrangements.
The agreements will initially run through December 31, 2026 and will automatically renew for successive three-year terms, subject to compliance with Hong Kong listing requirements, unless terminated. Wynn Marketing (Portugal) will receive a service fee equal to 5 per cent of total costs incurred.
The combined annual cap for payments under the existing and new marketing agreements remains unchanged at HK$167.6m (US$21.5m) for 2026. Historical payments under the previous agreements totalled HK$67.1m (US$8.6m) in 2024 and HK$45.7m (US$5.9m) in 2025.
