CBRE analysts describe the UAE as ‘one of the best IR investment opportunities we have seen in a long time’, and projections cited by Bloomberg Intelligence suggest an annual GGR range of US$5–8bn for the country if several casinos and a limited number of igaming and sports betting licences are established.
