Australia.- The Star Entertainment Group Limited has announced the appointment of Grant Bowie as a non-executive director. He will join the board as an observer before taking up the non-executive director role subject to regulatory and ministerial approvals.
Bowie has held public accounting and consulting roles across New Zealand, the United States and Australia. He spent 16 years with Hilton Hotels Corporation in Australia, where he held several executive positions, including oversight of the group’s gaming and hospitality operations on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. In 2003, Bowie relocated to Macau, where he worked with Wynn Resorts and later MGM Resorts in senior leadership roles covering strategic development, expansion and operational management.
It’s the second board addition this month following the addition of Brooke Lindsay.
